Robert Robinson is the CEO of RobertCorp and the developer of the Sub-Universal Communication Laser, a breakthrough that made instantaneous communication between Earth and the Zeta Reticuli star system possible.

A descendant of one of the returning members of Project Serpo, Robert’s connection to interstellar exploration began long before his own research. That family legacy inspired a lifelong ambition: to transform humanity’s first contact with another civilization into a lasting connection between worlds.

His work culminated in a communication system capable of bypassing the delays imposed by conventional light-speed transmission. Through the Sub-Universal Communication Laser, human settlements across multiple planets in the Zeta Reticuli system can maintain continuous, real-time contact with Earth and their Eben counterparts. Scientific discoveries, diplomatic discussions, and everyday conversations now cross interstellar distances as easily as a call between neighboring offices.

Katherine Burke is a Maine business executive whose leadership and organizational expertise have played a central role in the development and operation of RobertCorp.

Raised on a working farm in rural Maine, Burke grew up around horses and agriculture and became an accomplished competitive equestrian at a young age. Her upbringing instilled the discipline, patience, and practical problem-solving skills that would later become defining characteristics of her professional career.

After completing her education, Burke moved to Portland, Maine, where she developed a strong background in business management, organizational strategy, and corporate operations. Her ability to balance long-term planning with the practical realities of running complex organizations eventually brought her into partnership with Robert Robinson.

Within RobertCorp, Burke serves as one of the company's principal organizational and strategic leaders. While Robinson's work has largely centered on advanced research, experimental technology, and the company's classified scientific initiatives, Burke has focused on building the administrative, financial, and operational infrastructure necessary to support those projects.

Her role has made her one of the most influential figures within RobertCorp's modern development, helping transform highly unconventional research programs into sustainable long-term operations.

Despite her corporate career, Burke remains closely connected to her Maine roots and continues to maintain a lifelong interest in horses and equestrian sport.
